ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Born and raised in New England, Nicole Johnson has been writing poetry since she was fourteen. She is married with five children and is an avid reader and book collector.
Nicole enjoys writing and traveling with her family to national parks and abroad. She wrote her first published poem titled "Friends Forever" for her eighth grade yearbook in 1987. Her children encouraged her to share this poetic light-hearted tale "If You Were A Mouse" so that other children could enjoy a good giggle as they explore the house through the eyes of the mouse.
ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR
Having loved to draw since he was four years old, Matthew is an illustrator and animator in the Greater Boston area. His inspiration creatively is often rooted in the cartoons he grew up enjoying such as, Invader Zim, Spongebob, and Dragon Ball.
